How To Make St. Lucian Cocoa Tea
Ingredients
2 cups of water
1/2 cup grated cocoa stick
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup of milk
Sugar or chosen sweetener to taste
Method
Add water, grated cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon to a pot and bring to the boil. Allow to boil for a few minutes, then add milk. Remove from heat and stir. Add sugar or chosen sweetener then strain through a sieve. Serve and enjoy.
