Shipping

We ship orders either via the post office or via cargo carriers such as Amerijet to the US and Canada, and British Airways to the UK. Large orders of over 50 pounds are normally shipped with the cargo carriers mentioned above. Smaller orders 50 pounds and below are normally sent via the Post Office.

Orders sent via cargo carriers generally take 3-5 days to clear customs and be available for pick up. Please note that with air cargo, you are responsible for clearing your order through customs or getting a broker to do so on your behalf, when it gets to its destination.

Orders sent via the post office generally take 10-14 days to arrive. These orders do not generally require your intervention to clear through customs, and will be delivered directly to the shipping address you provide.

The post office also has an express service where parcels will be sent within 5-7 days. For express postage and air cargo options, please contact us directly via telephone or email using the information on the Contact Us page. Please note that this website only offers the regular mail shipping option.

Please allow 48 hours for processing and shipping. Once items have been shipped, we do not accept responsibility for any delays experienced by shippers. Tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of items being handed over to shippers/post office.
